Characteristic
1. Adjustable separating speed: 500mm/s or 300mm/s
2. Minimum Cutting length:400mm(YS805A), Maximun cutting length:1300mm(YS-805D)
3. Upper circular blade can be adjustable 0-2mm.
4. Operation platform is adjustable 0-50mm.
5. Cutting thickness: 0.2-3.2mm, V-cut thickness: 0.2-2.0mm
6. The machine cut PCB boards without damaging electronic components. And it can improve efficiency.
7. With blade moving, it can reduce pressure on board to avoid solder joint crack and parts fracture.
8. Upper circular blade cuts against lower linear blade to separate PCB board, smooth and clear cuts.
9. Set fixed start and end point for blade moving according to the length of PCB.
10. According to the width of PCB, the back baffle can be adjustable from 0 to 150mm.
11. The blades are sharp and indurable. And they can be sharpened between 3 and 5 times.
12. Assemble light curtain system on the end of the lower blade for your option.If there is anything beyond the safe line,pcb separator will stop,which provides safety protection
