WILLDONE EL-380M Hand Pick M3.0-M6.0 Variable Screw Feeding Machine Automatic Screw Conveyor Feeder For Screwdriver
EL-380M is a large machine feeder developed according to market demand, and the bin capacity is three times that of ordinary feeder.
The applicable thread diameter is M1 0~M6.
For the screws within the range of 0mm and tooth length ≤ 20mm, the whole machine is fed to the track by the rotary table driven by the motor, and the track is sent to the 4 dividing plate realized by the stepping motor through direct vibration.
The dividing plate separates the screws on the track one by one and stops at the reclaiming position.
After the screws are vacuum extracted by the automatic locking screw locking module, the dividing plate sends the following screws to the reclaiming position in sequence.
